A Brief About Our Company

Modern Building Chemicals has a large manufacturing facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with the most up-to-date equipments. MBC has a fully equipped R&D laboratory where products are also developed, modified, improved and tested for long term exposure and durability. MBC has a fully equipped Quality Control to test the material ,product quality to ensure that the product is consistent in quality and conform to the product stated specification. All products undergo full quality control. The Quality Control is also responsible for testing all incoming raw materials to ensure that the raw material conforms to the company’s specification. MBC has two (2) laboratories, additionally MBC utilizes, the testing facilities of its licensors for special testing.
